App loads with Lightwire but not Coldspring (TDOBeanInjectorObserver)

I'm having a hard time identifying the source of this problem and hope
that someone from the list has encountered (and fixed) it before. By
randomly commenting out lines of my coldspring.xml file, I suspect the
problem to be related to the TDOBeanInjectorObserver. Since there were
revisions to Brian Kotek's original code to work with Coldbox, I
thought this would be the best place to start.

ColdSpring does not support the “id” in the internal bean declaration for inner beans. Remove it.
