Is this a new issue? I am running ColdBox SEEK 3.5.1 Jeremiah 29:13 It seems to happen sporadically.
I have not seen it Jonathan. I have only seen it with auto reload
Should I set handlersIndexAutoReload to false?

yes, definitely, there is no need for that to be true in production
