CacheBox - expireAllkeys is suppose to do what?

I’m finally starting to dig myself into cachebox and i started by looking at the monitor. functions work, except ExpireAllKeys, ClearAllEvents, ReloadContents, and ClearAllViews.

Does the content report functions have a bug in 3.5.3?

And does the Expire All Keys reload/recache i18n translations (en_us.properties,es_us.properties)?
