Using the latest version of cbdebugger on CB-4 and the debug panels do not seem to show at all. Dumping out controller.getModuleService().getLoadedModules() I can see that the module is loading properly and viewing the HTML source I can see the styles and javascript added to the page, but the panels are not being rendered at all.
