I think you might need to rethink that, if your app is slow for any reason then you might want to look at that reason first. Those check only had 0.001ms to the overall running of the page.
Now my guess would be that you have it switched on to always load the handlers and modules, if this is the case then your Application will be extremely slow as it reloads everything all the time.
