ColdBox 3.1.0 Error "Element forgebox is undefined in a CFML ...."

Hi

“Element forgebox is undefined in a CFML structure referenced as part of an expression.”
We keep getting the above error message

• C:\Websites\serveradmin.idg.co.uk\coldbox\system\web\services\ModuleService.cfc [235]
• C:\Websites\serveradmin.idg.co.uk\coldbox\system\web\services\ModuleService.cfc [351]
• C:\Websites\serveradmin.idg.co.uk\coldbox\system\Coldbox.cfc [134]

We dont use forgebox in anyway and it would be good to disable it. I cant see how or where its specified in the config.
