There is nothing for this as of yet, it becomes hard, because the
framework needs to know where to find your stuff before even loading the
configuration file. So its a matter of the chicken and the egg, which one comes
first.
I have thought about maybe doing per app conventions except for the
configuration file. Don't know yet if this is viable or not.
