Adding the "<Setting name="AppMapping"
value="/myapp"/>" to the coldbox.xml.cfm did the trick. (I add already created
a cf mapping for the app in cfadmin.)
The "/" mapping is unusual but changing
it will break my client's primary application so is a no go.
