User: lmajano Great observation, I have logged this as bug #416. The interceptor should not
fire again if it was loaded on configuration.
The purpose of firing the
interceptor when it gets created is to load up custom per-environment settings
so OTHER interceptors can use them. If you do not tell it to fire on init, then
other interceptors will NOT have access to these custom settings, because they
get fired after the interceptors get created and configured.
