Latest code-base have uploadfile method in utilities plugin.
I know
you asked about this, but think about who are on linux, mac; so uploading file
developer want more control to set permissions etc
So its hard to justify
that uploadfile method is not that level of flexible, I hope we will improve
this before final release of v2.6.0
