ColdBox Session Expired

How can I catch this error: It seems when I leave the page open for a long period and come back and click a link I get this error. I want to either eliminate the error or capture it and refresh the page to eliminate it.# The variable: sessionReference is undefined in the request collection (private=false)# I attached a screen shot.#

Do you have a session end handler defined?
Also, if you do, can you paste the code for it?
Also, can you post your Application.cfc
