[ContentBox 3.7] [lucee 4.5] [Coldbox4.3] Email Testing Connection error

Hi,
I am new to Contentbox. I have been trying to understand the structure of the content box application. I installed the content box and I am in the default blog page. I want to test the email connection. The error is key in the rc does not exist. However, when i try to dump and rc structure and abort the page. The rc shows the structure with everything necessary for sending email. I wonder what is going on.
The error msg is as following. Thanks a lot for your help.

Sorry I missed this.
This means the setting from the table CB_settings is missing.
If you open you DB, and look in that table, you should see that setting listed, and an email address is missing from the value column.

Try that.
