ContentBox Gurus,
First, I would like to say I’ve been a troll with this project, I’ve been sitting back and watching it, excited about it, and waiting for it to mature. From the early versions of this project, IMO it has definitely matured - A LOT! I thank all of you on your hard work!
Secondly, for personal reasons, lately I haven’t followed as closely as I’d like, so I’m not sure where this CMS is headed. So forgive my question if it has already been covered.
My Questions: I’ve been looking for a basic CMS, that is extensible that I could easily write “modules” to expand. And I believe I have found it, but I’m curious why the “blogger” concept is ingrained into the CMS? Also, what is your opinion to separate the blog into a module(s) as a great example of how modules are used to extend the CMS?
Thanks for your comments. I am definitely excited about this too as well. To tell you the truth, it is core because I needed it at the time
With that said, I do not mind actually moving this into a module that user’s can turn on or off. But I don’t know if I can prioritize the separation of this now. However, I will challenge you to fork ContentBox and help me out
