I am working on setting up ContentBox for SOSensible’s main web site. Hostek had some issues out the gate.
- They are still at version 1.1 in the control panel auto-install.
- When I tried to upgrade to current version it crashed badly.
- Installed the zip file with fresh database and it loaded.
Still have some other issues but I don’t know if those are Hostek or the current upgrade. Give me time to get more familiar with ColdBox in general before toasting me for my questions please.
Yes, we need to get Hostek updated with the latest version.
The reason auto-update didn’t work is because updates are not cumulative. If you are more than 1 version behind, you need to manually download each of the intermediate updates and apply them one at a time. It’s kind of a pain, but we have a ticket in to get that fixed.
