Error in integrating ColdBox in a Sava CMS installation

I tried to follow this post objectivebias.com is coming soon
to integrate ColdBox in a Sava CMS installation but at the last step
('Navigate to the frontend') I received this error:

"Element CBCONTROLLER is undefined in a Java object of type class
[Ljava.lang.String;"

Without any change the day before (I suppose after a server or
application restart) that error disappeared but now I have this error:

"Config File could not be located: config/environments.xml.cfm"

I have installed ColdBox version 2.63 and I'm sure that
'environments.xml.cfm' is present in the config/ folder

Any suggestions?
