Is it true, that on every CB-installation the contentID 1 points always to Home?

no, why do you say that.
My three ContentBox installations are having all contentID 1 as home. Maybe a happy coincidence?
Doesn’t matter. I go for the slug (site_homepage) and compare it with the actual title, which gives me the info, if home is selected or not.
