If your coldbox is under /www/coldbox
then
http://localhost/coldbox/samples/index.cfm?fwreinit=1
Above should work. As I
am testing under my CFMX webroot its works fine.
http://localhost:8501/coldbox/samples/index.cfm?fwreinit=1
Please could you
make sure that coldbox folder is under your webroot, secondly try to access like
this
http://localhost/coldbox/samples
