HI,
You can easily call EJB's and servlets and jsp pages from withing
Coldfusion. You can search for it in the Adobe ColdFusion docs, below are some
examples:

Calling EJB and JNDI From ColdFusion.
http://livedocs.adobe.com/coldfusion/6/CFML_Reference/Tags-pt28.htm
http://cfdj.sys-con.com/read/41887.htm

As for ColdBox apps, you will need a
copy of the framework per server. If you have multiple servers, you will then
have it in the multiple servers. So you do not need to place it for every
application. Its a one server install.

The book is not yet complete and I am
still looking for publishers, so the best place to get information is the wiki
Trac site at
http://ortus.svnrepository.com/coldbox/trac.cgi/wiki/WikiStart
Which has over 300 pages of documentation.

Let me know if you need anything
else,

Luis
