Are you getting a 404? What happens when you hit that URL? (They are temporary) Is this on ACF or Railo? web.xml has a mapping for CFFileServlet that should be processing that path. Are you in a multi-instance environment?

Goes to that weird URL. Nothing I can do about it unless I do captchas manually which is a pain
