Hmm, that’s kind of weird. I’ve never seen someone put their entire site inside the coldbox folder, but I suppose it might work. I’m afraid your plugin convention might not be finding your plugins folder though. You might want to test to confirm.

Well I just created the app in the dashboard. If I am supposed to move it out of the folder where the app is created I will try that and see what happens
I just drop the coldbox folder in my wwwroot directory. I'm using IIS though.
