It seems lite defaults template to “layouts/main” and full version does not?
That’s possible, but if it’s true it might actually be a bug. Are you sure you didn’t have a default set in the config file when using the full version?
You really shouldn’t worry too much about switching. It looks like your first troubles were mostly related to just having cached stuff in application, and even if the default layout is different it would be a single line of config to fix it. That being said, if you think the possibility of switching to the full version is big enough to do all this testing, I would seriously just start with the full version. You can basically use the full version and just ignore all the parts you don’t want to use right now and it’s essentially the same thing as using ColdBox Lite.
