I thought there was a button too but I couldn’t find it. I’m pretty certain it was new in 9.

Yep, just checked. On the caching page there is a “Component cache” checkbox as well as a “Clear Component Cache Now” button.

I’m not sure to what degree CF8 cached them by default though.

Oh, CF8 cached them as well - you just couldn't flush that cache! :slight_smile:
