I think Luis is suggesting that if you remove the formbuilder module, that might fix the error. If so, you can then try re-installing it.

Okay . . . where is the formbuilder module? All I'm seeing in the module folder are:
contentbox, contentbox-admin, contentbox-dsncreator, contentbox-filebrowser, and contentbox-ui.
Oh, I remember now - I think it was one of the plugins that I'd downloaded from Forgebox - this one, I think: http://www.coldbox.org/forgebox/view/ContentBox-FormBuilder-Module. So, which directory are the plugins installed into?
