Session not going away even after a reboot?

Using the Advanced Template in the ColdBox Folder to start my code session not going away.

We even rebooted our machine and yet a session did not die.

Is this something anyone else has had happen?

Have you tried adding the event on the URL to clear it? fwreinit=1

When you say “code session” are you talking about a user session or an instance of your application?

Reboots may not clear a user session depending on the storage mechanics you have selected. This would be provided by ColdFusion/Railo/Open Blue Dragon.

A reboot should definitely have cleared a instance of your application.

When you say reboot do you mean the machine was physically restarted, and not the ColdFusion services?

Because you are describing something that is physically not possible, if that is what you mean.
