setNextEvent in 3.0.0 M5

The new setNextEvent method for relocation is not working properly in
3.0.0 M5. When a URL argument is provided, the method should treat it
as an absolute URL and simply relocate to it. Around line 360 of the
Controller CFC, the relocation type is overridden with 'SES' if the
app uses routes. This means it is impossible to use absolute URLs with
setNextEvent when in SES mode. Actually, it's impossible to use any
other relocation type when in SES mode.

This should be fixed on SVN. Please look there please.
