When trying to access a page, does any one else experiencing this error?
The same error ocur when trying to access System Settings:

Error Type: expression : 0
Error Messages: key [CB_PAGE_EXCERPTS] doesn’t exist in struct

Yes, and that was the issue, I delete (first backup) my previous db run another install and all went hunkydory

Ok, yes, that seemed to be it. I have resolved some issues by re-running the updater patch
