I am wondering what is the status on localisation of the administration for version 3. I noticed the language properties files which cover mainly the dashboards at the moment thus I guess more work has to be done. If you need help with the german translation, I am happy to contribute.
Second, I might have overlooked it, but I did not find a setting the administrator to change the language?
