Looking for the best way to develop a contentbox theme. full dev server environment thne transfer the theme over onto the production?

Right now I have a dev box with Cf dev server, cf builder, ms sql and mysql running that I develop on. Then fwd tests to a working testing machine then finally to the final server.
I use bitbucket/source-tree for file management.
Admittedly, I haven’t done much/any contentbox theme development, so i don’t have much experience in dealing with putting together a contentbox theme and developing further.
Have had problem with the cache being turned on in contentbox, so i turn off all caching, any notes on that would be great.

Hi nils. Once I have a computer I will give you some pointers.
However as far as caching goes. We also turn of all content caching in development so we can see changes immediately.
