I downloaded the latest 1.06 official release from the website, and created a blank database. When I went to import my Blog I forgot one of the important fields, so I filled it in and the button to import disappeared stopping any user from importing a Blog.

Yes, fill out the details except one of the required fileds and hit the start import. It will throw up the flag as the field is required, when you go and fill that field out the import button is no longer there,
