How come in Pages I get a menu option called “Display Options” but in Blogs I don’t?

It would be VERY handy to specify most if not all of the “Display Options” in both Blogs & Pages.

Also, I think it would be handy to be able to specify “Layout” and “Mobile Layout” for Blogs, Pages, & Categories.
