I may have missed the documentation for this somewhere, but the surely the ORM extensions for CB 4 don’t have to be installed in each applications modules directly right?
The package may be small, but having to install and updating X amount of applications doesn’t seem right.
Right now, the answer is yes, you install it as a dependency of each app that wants to use it. That seems to be the recommended approach for other package managers like NPM.

We basically discussed having a core modules folder for modules that would be loaded for ALL apps using the ColdBox framework while planning ColdBox 4.0 but is currently in the backlog. Feel free to voice your opinion via votes and or comments if you would like to see this.
