[cbi18n]: How to get started?

I installed i18n module. I also installed a Resource Bundle Tool, Attesoro. I skimmed the Wiki pages at https://github.com/coldbox-modules/cbox-i18n/wiki, and I got lost.

Could someone give me a step-by-step guide how to use this i18n module? And, what does the Resource Bundle Tool do? I would image we assigned keys and translated words, right? How do I get or create properties files?

I found old ColdBox i18n video at https://vimeo.com/112133828.
I also found the structure of properties file at .properties - Wikipedia that is used by Attesoro.
