CFConfig duplicates customTagPath

Hi there,
I have just created an issue : CFCONFIG-52 for an issue I found while configuring a new dev server.

Step 1:
using cfconfig
save a customtagpath
cfconfig show : shows 1 customTagPath

Step 2:
using cfconfig
save a datsource
cfconfig show : shows the customTagPath, defined twice.

Step 3 (repeat Step 2) - does NOT add to the number of customTagPaths - it remains at 2.

Fixed. Part of it turned out to be a single space that made it into the source code!
