[coldbox-4.1.0][lucee-4.5.1][Windows-8.1] [samples-ColdboxSES] 404 error on clicking links

Hi

I am getting 404 error like

`

HTTP Status 404 - /samples/applications/ColdBoxSES/index.cfm/home

`

when I click a link , e.g

`
http://localhost:8888/samples/applications/ColdBoxSES/index.cfm/home

`

I did not change any code in the example and I have even installed URL rewrite module for IIS 6.2 (which is not required, since index.cfm is included in the url)
