[coldbox-5.2.0] - SES Route intercepting file download

I have a directory with PDF’s that are available for the user to download. When I link to them like domain/filedirectory/filename.pdf Coldbox thinks this is an SES route and trys to map to the handler of filedirectory. I need to just download the file directly and not go to any handler. Any ideas?

Do your rewrites not have an exception for files that exist? Tell us more about your server setup.

When you said that I realized it was my htaccess file. I added the extensions and it works great now.
