Could you verify which version of ColdBox you are talking about.

this cfc is simply calling cf-admin api to get the datasource list.
I am sure this error only related to your security setup. might be you have
some kind of [Sandbox Security] enabled. Please check your cf-admin setting for
password/sandbox.
