It seems that your declaration is wrong.
The getPlugin method in the
coldboxFactory has three arguments
1) plugin : string [The name]
2)
customPlugin : boolean [True/False]
3) newInstance: boolean [true/false] leave
empty
The argument name you have in the declaration is "isCustom" change it
to 'customPlugin'
