I tried both.
I maped
/coldbox > /opt/coldfusionmx/wwwroot/coldbox
in CF Admin > ColdFusion Mappings
I added your samplecode to
/webdata/{domain.ch}/vhosts/www/htdocs/index.cfm
But i still receive the same error:

I will think about moving my aplication to CFMX 7 on CentOS
where i have another Coldbox/Transfer-App runing without difficulties. This
would clarify if it is a CFMX 6.1 Lunix problem, because configuration and
folder structure is identical.
