Unfortunately I work mainly on shared Windows servers, where I can't count on
them having an IIS Rewrite filter installed. Sitepoint recently had this article
on SES urls in CF:
In the comments, Mike Dinowitz talks about an SES method he uses for the Fusion
Authority site which uses CF8's onMissingTemplate (and excludes the
/index.cfm?/). He says he's going to publish the details in the next issue of
FAQU. So maybe at least we can have a CF8 option of "clean" SES URLs without
"index.cfm?"
