This might have been another issue on your server. It treated
your handler root as sitetest.handlers. which is very unusual, unless the
pathing on the routing was off. Usually, a reinit of the right path does the
trick:
http://localhost/sitetest/index.cfm?fwreinit=1
Reiniting the
framework is the best way to fresh out the application.
