Luis and I are moving forward with the CommandBox documentation as a GitBook. GitBooks are comprised of markdown files stored in a GitHub repo and can be:
Viewed online
Turned into a static HTML site
Downloaded as PDF, MOBI, or ePUB
One of the coolest things is that the community can submit updates and additions to the book via the standard Git pull request process. Just fork the repo, made edits with the Windows/Mac book editor, commit and pull. Please check it out and provide any feedback:
Ahh, I didn’t realize he had replied to a post. Since there was no reply at the bottom of the E-mail I assumed it was a new post. (I use E-mail primarily, not the Google Groups website.)
There’s nothing I can do to edit previous E-mails I’ve sent. I already checked with Luis and since the domains are hosted via GitBook we have zero control over them to put in redirects, etc. Once we moved the book the link is just a 404 and there’s nothing we can do about it.
