Contentbox Express Install error

Hi
I get an error when running startup.sh, listing the catalina.sh cannot be found or does not have permissions.
I installed into my CF10 wwwroot folder and set permissions of root to chmod -R +rw.
I also setup the datasource in CF10 and ceated a databse on MYSQL 5.

I am running OSX 10.7.5

Contentbox Express doesn’t require any dependencies to run. Try running it outside of CF10 with CF10 and the other web services shutdown.

i tried running it in my webserver documents folder as well, but get same error.
i have coldbox devbox runnng though from the above folder.
