Can you update from the dev branch?

Railo 4.0.4.001 final

I update from developments branch but still got: No matching Method/Function for String.getPluginName() found
on widget page, I reload de App but no luck.

Check your logs and see which widget is failing to load.

Hi Brad,

When I cfdump #p#, in widgets/index.cfm two of my widgets dumps as empty Strings instead object, but they work they both render my content well.
Any ideas why?

Check. The. Logs. I can’t begin to guess why they aren’t being created properly, but the WidgetService should have logged the error it encountered while trying. The other option is to upgrade to bleeding edge as Luis has already improved the error handling for this.
