Custom Logging of Error/Exception Messages

Is it possible to append some custom data to the regular log exception
messages that are stored in the log file stored in a coldbox site?

Ideally I'd like to add a few params detailing the person who was
logged in at the time when an exception was raised.

The logger plugin has an extra parameter called “extraInfo” that you could put this info in.
