FWREINIT=TRUE in production

Hi there all,

I have a question, I have a web site online, there are some users
uploading information from within the admin section of the site, when
they report a "bug" or change, I try to act ASAP and make the
modifications as necessary. Question: If I do a ?fwreinit=true, is
going to affect them in any way?
