box install commandbox-cfformat will resolve your issue, I believe
I know it’s easy to miss, but there’s a “Use It” section on every Forgebox listing showing the exact command you need to run to install the package:

I thought I tried that but obviously not because your suggestion worked first time. Thanks for the quick help. Just because it is timely, this is a case where CoPilot was almost right.
I’ve known about cfformat for a long time but we’ve added several programmers recently. I’m thinking of using this tool as a way to implement that ever elusive standard we’ve always talked about.
