Hi Russ,
What version were you using? There were some issues with case
sensitivity in 2.0.0 that where fixed in 2.0.1
Even if you deploy an
application to another context root, the web url path will always be the same.
So pathing will stay consistent in either setup. So there is no reason for an
application to not find the necessary files. Worst case, you can create a
coldfusion mapping to it and just point to it.
Can you expand further your
setup process.
