When you set the url in the DevEnvironments setting in the config.xml.cfm file
and it matches the url in which you are testing, you do not have to reinitialize
the framework on each request, right? Or am I mistaken? In spite of having my
DevEnvironments set to 'test.asufusion.com' and running my test site on
'test.asufusion.com' (that's the cgi.http_host), I still have to fwreinit=1 in
the url to reload changes I make in a handler. Please someone call me an idiot
and tell me the simple answer.
