Hi,
my 2 cents as well, best place to have additional methods, utilites could
be additonal plug-in.
these additional plug-ins will be handy to use + easily
to load into existing framework.
I agee with oscar should not be included into
core framework files.
otherise we will hit the bad performace of framework as
other framework have now.
