Module environment conventions finalized

Just a note that this has been committed. Where if you define an environment in your parent app called for example “dev” and there is a method called “dev()” in your parent configuration object it gets called automatically to provide environment overrides. This same concept now translates to modules. So if in your module configuration object you have a “dev()” method, then the configure() is called first and then dev() second so you can also override at the module level.
